Make An Online Payment
1. Online Credit card/E-Check Payments. Go to www.smartstreet.com. This is the website address you will need if electing to pay your dues via credit cards or electronic check. Please note when electing to pay by credit card, the bank will assess a small processing fee. Electronic checks payments are also available on the SmartStreet website at no additional charge to you. Once on the website, select “Pay Assessments” which will be located in the upper left hand corner of your computer screen and follow the directions for making payments. Note: Your account number needs to be entered. It is based on your unit number. For example: 2805 NE Expressway # B03 should be entered as “B03.” If you have any problems, please contact the customer assistance/technical support as listed on the website.
2. Coupon Payments may be made via check, money order, certified funds (cashiers’ check). PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL. The Association will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen payments. Please remember to include your homeowner ID on all methods of payments. Make payment to the NAME OF YOUR ASSOCIATION., include your coupon with your payment and mail to:

3. Automatic Checking Account Debit. To have your monthly homeowner dues automatically drafted from your checking account, go to www.smartstreet.com and click on recurring assessments payments.
